If we cancel or significantly modify a course due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer:

• Full refund of fees paid
• Alternative course dates or delivery methods
• Credit for future services

6.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.

As a Client, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared

• Respect other participants and our trainers
• Follow safety guidelines and venue rules
• Not record or share proprietary training materials without permission
• Provide feedback honestly and constructively

8. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide Services with reasonable skill and care
• Deliver training according to agreed specifications
